Often, therapists hesitate to expand their practice into divorce mediation due to a lack of expertise in the financial realm.  OurDivorceAgreement.com^® gives the therapist/mediator the confidence that, with their knowledge of child and family dynamics, they can tackle the remaining financial issues with certainty.  

OurDivorceAgreement.com^® may be used as a document preparation tool by therapist/mediators to streamline their practice and eliminate time-consuming paperwork.  The use of the site saves clients time and expense and minimizes the possibility of overlooking details in the final Agreement.  

To use the site for divorcing clients, mediators simply use a VISA/MC to pay for the client's unlimited use of the site. The fee, which can be legitimately charged as document preparation, is passed on to the clients.  To encourage professional use of the site, we have created a Service Provider Multi-use Discount Schedule below:

On the levels of 1 case to 6 cases, you may bump up to the next level by paying the difference between levels if you have used no more than one case at that level.

Therapist/mediators may use the site live with their clients, "commercial-free."  The site is designed to mask the commercial nature of it once you enter the registration process.  If you wish to use the site live with your clients, simply click on "login" from the main menu prior to the arrival of your clients.  Stay on the main pages and forms (some of the underlying explanation pages may have logos) and the clients will see what appears to be software on your computer.
